Love the idea!! If the bouncing worked a bit better at all areas of the paddle (you can sort of hold the ball infinitely as another commenter mentioned), and if the speed increased over time, it would be perfect. Well done!
solid little idea. I found that when you hit the ball at a shallow angle you can slightly move the paddle to follow it. Leading to a sort of carrying where it bounces off of it consistently, which is fun to maintain in its own right
